General refund conditions
You can return all items at any time within 14 days of receiving your original order. If you want to return, we will issue a refund once we receive it. When you return the order, just put a return note on the package with the following details:

Which products are you returning for a refund You can return the package with any postal service. It may take 10-30 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for your package to reach our warehouse. Once we receive your original condition, we will issue the refund and email you to let you know once this has been done. Once refunded, it may take up to 1 business day for the funds to return to your account. All returned items must be sent in their original condition with tags placed on the packaging.
